About The Position

We are currently looking for a Commercial and Business Intelligence Analyst who will provide consulting services both internally and externally to help retail clients optimize their marketing efforts or develop their businesses.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or business intelligence
  • Strong ability to translate data into business insights
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
  • Comfortable building clear, structured, and insight-driven presentations
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, and strategic thinking
  • Experience in data preparation, transformation, and integration for analytical purposes
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written (you will work with clients across Canada)

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of retail, marketing, or consumer behavior (strong asset)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing, commercial, and geographic data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Build compelling and structured presentations (PowerPoint) to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, data) on high-impact projects.
  • Contribute to the evolution of analytical methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Support a variety of initiatives: media optimization, in-store performance, geomarketing analysis, and more.
