Individuals in this organization understand the business, consumer, category and customer; analyze data; and turn insights into recommendations to win with our business. The A&I team are experts on consumer and marketing understanding and insights, championing the voice of the consumer. Their core work is the integration of consumer, shopper and market understanding to catalyze business growth across all of our brands. They uncover, interpret and champion consumer and market insights grounded in deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors through research to enable P&G businesses to better serve the world’s consumers. The team is embedded in customer and category teams across the organization at P&G. They are business leaders integrating their analytic and technical capability, business mastery, and strong written and oral communication skills to identify and articulate insights to drive P&G and category results. They are curious and excel at making creative connections within complex, granular data sets and analytic techniques to uncover insights that they translate into deliver simple conclusions with clear indicated actions for business partners to activate against.
