The Commercial Analytics & Insights (A&I) Organization is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual for an Analytics & Insights – Senior Manager position at their Toronto Head Office. Individuals in this organization are expected to understand the business, consumer, category, and customer, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business success. The A&I team comprises experts in consumer and marketing understanding, championing the consumer's voice. Their core work involves integrating consumer, shopper, and market understanding to drive business growth across all brands. They uncover, interpret, and advocate for consumer and market insights, grounded in a deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors through research, to help P&G businesses better serve global consumers. Team members are embedded in customer and category teams, acting as business leaders who combine analytical and technical capabilities, business mastery, and strong communication skills to identify and articulate insights that drive P&G and category results. They are curious and adept at making creative connections within complex data sets and analytical techniques to uncover insights, which they then translate into simple conclusions with clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
