Commercial & AI Analyst
About The Position
The Commercial & AI Analyst supports the company’s growth strategy by providing business insight and data to Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams. The role engages hands-on with business data and commercial priorities, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, conducting analyses, making recommendations to leadership, and responding to ad hoc data requests across departments globally. The role also applies advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, support automation, and enable data-driven decision-making. It works with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize use cases, translates business problems into analytical solutions, and contributes to responsible AI practices, including governance and explainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience with SQL and data structures.
- Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with Python or similar tools.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including training, validation, and monitoring.
- Awareness of data governance, bias, and explainability principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully and meet qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; the employer does not sponsor work visas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports that help stakeholders manage and grow the business.
- Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams.
- Act as lead analyst across project teams.
- Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership.
- Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations.
- Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
- Use AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets.
- Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and monitor analytical and AI model performance.
- Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices, including governance and explainability.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and decision workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
