About The Position

Cornerstone Bank is accepting applications for an experienced Commercial/Ag Loan Officer in Albion. The role is responsible for originating and servicing agricultural and commercial loans accurately and professionally. The officer collects and analyzes financial data, builds on existing customer relationships, develops new business, and represents the Bank at community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Three to five years of banking, lending, and credit analysis experience.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
