About The Position
iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building its first-ever outbound sales team and is seeking individuals who are comfortable on the phone, skilled in interpersonal interactions, and eager for growth. This role is ideal for those with experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, property management, insurance, telesales, or any position requiring quick rapport building over the phone. As a Commercial Accounts Growth Associate, you will make daily outbound calls to business contacts, learn objection handling, and connect qualified prospects with the inside sales team via warm live introductions or scheduled appointments. You will be provided with a structured playbook, support from a team lead, and a clear growth path for earnings and role advancement.
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Organized, reliable, and coachable
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, insurance, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles welcome
- No prior outbound B2B sales experience required
