We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Commercial Accounts Representative with experience in efficiently managing, reporting, and scheduling the inventory and sale of vehicles through OPENLANE’s platforms. As the Commercial Accounts Representative, you will be a key participant in the roll-out of critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years in a Commercial Account Representative role or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing client relationships on a logistical role.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and multi-tasking oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive and Remarketing knowledge, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Key focal point in delivering daily solutions on customer operational commitments and requirements.
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships, internal and external.
  • Monitor and maintain website operations and deliver solutions while keeping to service level agreements.
  • Support Commercial Sales Director(s)/Program Manager(s) requests for information, including research & investigation, reports, documentation, etc.
  • Assist in the operational setup of new customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow through on resolution of bugs and issues on a daily basis, including escalations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of process documentation for assigned programs.
  • Manage the movement of vehicles through a series of processes from consignment through post-sale.
  • Ensure effective roll-out of new processes and/or changes to existing program rules and procedures.
  • Ensure best practices are followed on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate issue resolution between internal and external teams.
  • Assist other Commercial Accounts Representatives in the event of vacations, personal days, and increased volumes.
  • Act as a support role in the absence of the Department Manager or Program Manager.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Department Manager
