We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager who is passionate about building relationships, creating partnerships, and growing commercial business opportunities. This role is about more than sales—it’s about becoming a trusted resource for businesses before a disaster happens and the partner they rely on when it does. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, meeting with business leaders, presenting solutions, and developing long-term partnerships that create value for both the customer and SERVPRO Team Toft.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-based sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into business growth.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services.
  • Experience managing commercial accounts or referral partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Manage Commercial Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and community partners.
  • Become a trusted advisor by educating clients on restoration services, emergency response planning, and disaster preparedness.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Toft at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities related to water, fire, storm, and emergency response services.
  • Build a pipeline of potential commercial clients and referral partners.
  • Prospect, network, and create connections with businesses throughout the market.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to opportunities when losses occur.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Present & Communicate: Deliver professional presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
  • Clearly communicate SERVPRO’s capabilities, services, and value.
  • Customize presentations and conversations based on customer needs.
  • Build confidence and trust with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Partner With Internal Teams: Work closely with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams.
  • Communicate customer expectations and opportunities effectively.
  • Support an exceptional customer experience from relationship development through project completion.
