About The Position
Crest Ford Center Line is seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Manager (CAM) to join our brand-new Ford Pro Store in Center Line, MI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial customers, driving business growth by delivering exceptional service and tailored vehicle solutions. You will leverage your expertise in commercial automotive sales to build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales and after-sales process. Crest Ford Center Line is proud to be launching a all new Ford Pro Store, dedicated to serving the unique needs of commercial customers with specialized vehicle solutions and expert service. Located in the heart of Center Line, MI, our dealership is committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and supporting local businesses with reliable, efficient, and tailored commercial vehicle offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to understand and present technical vehicle specifications and commercial solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed within the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to understand their fleet needs and goals.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance teams to provide comprehensive solutions for commercial clients.
- Stay up to date on Ford Pro products, services, and industry trends to effectively position the portfolio to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to commercial customers to build long-term partnerships.
