Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Nice To Haves

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Commercial service industry experience.
  • Experience managing large accounts and multi-location customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic sales activities.
  • Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Present customized solutions that address customer needs and protect their business.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track activities within company systems.
  • Participate in local business organizations and community events to increase market presence.
