About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager who is passionate about building relationships, creating partnerships, and growing commercial business opportunities. This role is about more than sales—it’s about becoming a trusted resource for businesses before a disaster happens and the partner they rely on when it does. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, meeting with business leaders, presenting solutions, and developing long-term partnerships that create value for both the customer and SERVPRO Team Toft.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-based sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into business growth.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services.
  • Experience managing commercial accounts or referral partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Manage Commercial Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and community partners. Become a trusted advisor by educating clients on restoration services, emergency response planning, and disaster preparedness. Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities. Represent SERVPRO Team Toft at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities related to water, fire, storm, and emergency response services. Build a pipeline of potential commercial clients and referral partners. Prospect, network, and create connections with businesses throughout the market. Respond quickly and professionally to opportunities when losses occur. Collaborate with operations teams to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Present & Communicate: Deliver professional presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups. Clearly communicate SERVPRO’s capabilities, services, and value. Customize presentations and conversations based on customer needs. Build confidence and trust with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Partner With Internal Teams: Work closely with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams. Communicate customer expectations and opportunities effectively. Support an exceptional customer experience from relationship development through project completion.
