About The Position

This position will effectively present a targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with the current Pricing Matrix. The role involves completing all sales duties, including Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow-up on previous estimates. The Commercial Account Manager must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Local travel is required within your territory or state. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
  • Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations.
