The position involves generating surveys, preparing loss summaries and proposals, issuing certificates of insurance, processing policy audits, and resolving accounting discrepancies. The Commercial Account Manager will also function as a team member, ensuring superior service to clients, attending meetings, managing client use of the certificate program, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and co-workers. Technical expertise is required to assist in maintaining the Client Insurance Program, including completing insurance designations and verifying the accuracy of endorsements and invoices. The role also involves communicating with insurance carriers and clients, and becoming proficient in premium analysis software. Demonstrated success in servicing multiple client renewals under mentorship is expected.
