About The Position

This role involves engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs, discussing options, and guiding them through the sales process. The Commercial Account Manager will develop a deep understanding of vehicles and technology, test drive vehicles to showcase features, and provide quotes for new and used vehicles. Responsibilities include explaining financing and leasing options, following up with prospective and existing customers, setting appointments, and closing sales by addressing objections, negotiating prices, and completing contracts. The position also requires providing sales management information through reports, assisting with showroom setup, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the dealership's reputation. Travel up to 200 miles daily and overnight stays may be required.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use.
  • Verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Be Insurable through Jenkins & Wynne, Inc. underwriter
  • Qualify for the State of Tennessee Sales License

Responsibilities

  • Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features.
  • Provide quotes and explain financing/leasing options for both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and respond to emails/voicemails.
  • Set appointments for online customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers to generate leads.
  • Understand buyer requirements and interests; match these interests to various car models.
  • Explain warranties and services.
  • Close sales by addressing objections, discussing sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
  • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
  • Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Contribute to the dealership’s reputation by fulfilling customer requests.
  • Willing to travel daily up to 200 miles and overnight stays.
