About The Position

NPW is seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue, build long-term customer relationships, and expand our market presence in your territory. If you're a self-starter with a passion for sales and automotive refinishing products, this is the opportunity for you. Territory includes Albertville, Boaz, Hokes Bluff, Huntsville and Rainsville. NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, 50 company owner locations in 14 states that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or a related role.
  • Strong track record in sales and expense management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; solid math and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a sales strategy to meet personal and company growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demos and provide technical support for automotive refinishing products.
  • Identify and leverage NPW's competitive advantage through market and competitor analysis.
  • Schedule and manage regular customer visits to meet expectations and drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager on strategies and market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and productivity standards.
