Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing commercial clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support business development efforts
  • Negotiate agreements and assist in closing new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and retention
  • Support operational activities and coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
