The Commercial Account Executive role focuses on the commercial segment (companies with up to 250 employees), which is developer- and engineer-led. This role requires someone who can speak the language of these technical buyers, understand their architecture, and help them solve real problems. The Commercial Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts, acting as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional sales representative. The goal is to help these customers succeed faster, with deals often feeling more like an engineering consultation than a sales process. This position is for technically strong individuals ready to own a number, though prior closing experience is not required, technical credibility is essential.
