About The Position

1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing 24/7 plumbing, drain, and sewer service company looking for motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, generating new business, and growing commercial accounts. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys B2B sales, networking, and creating long-term client relationships while earning uncapped commission in a high-demand industry. Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • US Work Authorization Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in plumbing, facilities, home services, construction, or trades
  • Experience working with property management or facilities teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceTitan

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage commercial client relationships
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of commercial and property management accounts
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding processes
  • Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet
  • Track sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM
