When a system replacement or major upgrade is needed, our Comfort Consultants step in to guide customers through the decision process.
Requirements
- Proven success in in-home sales, HVAC sales, or residential service sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Confidence closing sales while maintaining integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable
- Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience preferred but not required - strong sales professionals with in-home experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and existing HVAC systems
- Present replacement and upgrade options for residential HVAC systems
- Build trust and rapport to guide customers to confident buying decisions
- Create accurate, detailed sales proposals that transition smoothly to the install team
- Clearly explain system options, pricing, financing, and warranties
- Achieve individual and department sales goals
- Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and operations
- Become an expert in the Tallahassee market and customer needs
