About The Position

Legacy Heating and Air is seeking a driven, self-motivated Comfort Advisor to join their growing team. Requirements

4+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
Strong understanding of sales strategy and customer psychology
Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with homeowners
Strong computer and technology skills
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed

Nice To Haves

Experience in related industries such as kitchen/bath, windows, siding, roofing, insulation, or home performance is a plus
BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
Present customized solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home performance
Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
Build trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and a consultative sales approach
Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to close opportunities
Conduct or learn heat load and loss calculations to properly size systems
Work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet customer needs
