Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work evenings or Saturdays as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
Comfortable using tablets, computers, and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

HVAC sales or comfort advisor experience.
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software.
Financing presentation experience.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
Perform in-home consultations and recommend HVAC replacement systems.
Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, warranties, and indoor air quality products.
Prepare accurate proposals and close sales with integrity and professionalism.
Follow up on leads generated by service technicians, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
