About The Position

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is searching for a full-time Comfort Advisor to join our growing team based in Frederick, MD. This role involves helping homeowners improve their comfort while building a rewarding career. The position supports customers throughout Frederick County, MD, Montgomery County, MD, and Washington, D.C. As a Comfort Advisor, you'll spend your day meeting with homeowners, learning about their comfort concerns, answering questions, and helping them find the HVAC solutions that best fit their needs. You'll conduct engaging product presentations, explain technical features in a way customers can easily understand, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process. Along the way, you'll build meaningful customer relationships, document interactions, follow up on opportunities, and stay informed on the latest products and technologies so you can continue delivering expert recommendations that create confidence and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Clean driver's license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
