About The Position

Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the value and comfort of our customers' homes while advancing your career with a range of exceptional benefits and opportunities. This is an outside sales role that requires schedule flexibility, including availability beyond standard business hours to support customers and business needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and a solid understanding of the industry is essential.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2-3 hours at customers' homes to understand their needs and provide HVAC solutions.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting special promotions, equipment benefits, and available options.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Uphold the company's standards of integrity and customer service, representing the customer professionally.
