As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their heating and cooling needs, and present customized solutions. This is a high-impact, commission-only sales role designed for top performers who are confident in their ability to close and maximize earning potential. Your success will be driven by your ability to build trust, present value, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to present options and close in a consultative sales environment
  • Mechanical aptitude or HVAC knowledge preferred
  • ServiceTitan experience a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in their homes to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
  • Design and recommend system replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions
  • Provide clear, professional proposals and explain options in a consultative manner
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience from initial contact through close
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems such as ServiceTitan
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company brand at all times
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training
