Requirements

2+ years of sales experience.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline.
Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to keep jobs running smooth.
Join regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your edge.
Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
