Previous sales experience
Able to work a full-time schedule as well as nights and weekends
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to remain well organized and prioritize tasks effectively
Team player
Can sell snow to a penguin

Responsibilities

Effectively "WOW" our customers by personally connecting with them and offering the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs.
Answer customer questions and listen to any concerns they may have.
Thoroughly inspect equipment to recommend the best products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Communicate sale details to the installation team.
Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings.
Meet new people, work at new locations, exceed sales goals.
