About The Position

The Comfort Consultant will meet directly with clients to present customized heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions designed to improve comfort and efficiency in their home. Industry experience is highly preferred. This role includes some evening hours to accommodate customer availability. Integrity, honesty, and a genuine care for our clients are core values expected of all CSJ team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record (HVAC or home services experience preferred)
• Flexibility to work reasonable evening and weekend appointments, especially during peak seasons
• Ability to conduct (or willingness to learn) heat load and heat loss calculations
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline
• Solid understanding of sales psychology
• Comfort working directly with consumers in their homes
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Successful completion of our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens

Nice To Haves
