Position Overview The Comfort Consultant will meet directly with clients to present customized heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions designed to improve comfort and efficiency in their home. Industry experience is highly preferred. This role includes some evening hours to accommodate customer availability. Integrity, honesty, and a genuine care for our clients are core values expected of all CSJ team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record (HVAC or home services experience preferred)
• Flexibility to work reasonable evening and weekend appointments, especially during peak seasons
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid understanding of sales psychology
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Successful completion of our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens

Nice To Haves

• Industry experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC or home services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with clients to present customized heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions designed to improve comfort and efficiency in their home.
• Conduct (or willingness to learn) heat load and heat loss calculations.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Work directly with consumers in their homes.
