Requirements
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Evening/weekend flexibility based on customer demand
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement needs
- Present customized comfort and financing solutions
- Build trust and deliver professional sales presentations
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up communication
- Coordinate with operations for a smooth install process
