Requirements

5+ years of outside or in-home sales experience; HVAC or home improvement sales strongly preferred
A track record you can show us in numbers
Organized enough to juggle multiple projects without dropping a detail
A clear, honest communicator who earns trust fast
Comfortable on a tablet and disciplined about keeping the CRM current
Available when homeowners are home, including some evenings and Saturdays
Holder of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Meet homeowners in their homes, listen first, and find out what they need from their heating and cooling system
Evaluate the home and existing equipment, then design right-fit replacement options at clear price points
Present with honesty and clarity so homeowners can choose with confidence, without pressure
Close the sale and write clean, accurate agreements that follow Virginia consumer protection requirements
Manage each project from signed agreement through installation to final walkthrough, keeping the customer informed at every step
Follow up on every open proposal with urgency
Work hand in hand with our install, service, and call center teams so every job runs smooth
