Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience, preferably in residential home improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Listen carefully to customer comfort concerns and evaluate their HVAC needs.
• Recommend customized system replacements, upgrades, and energy-efficient solutions that align with each customer's goals and budget.
• Prepare and present professional pricing proposals and financing options.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Address questions with confidence.
• Help families make informed decisions.
