About The Position

At Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we believe great sales is really great education. Our Comfort Advisors help homeowners understand their options and choose what's truly right for their family and budget. We are looking for our next Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on honest selling, with no high-pressure tactics, just real conversations, real solutions, and real trust. You will work with company-provided leads backed by a trusted local brand, and will be supported by a team of install crews, techs, and office staff. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be supported.

Requirements

In-Home Sales Experience
Great people skills
A listener's mindset: ask questions first and recommend second.
Strong follow-through: stay organized and ensure customers are not forgotten.
Valid Driver's License
Customer-First Attitude: Professionalism and positivity are non-negotiable.

Nice To Haves

HVAC or home services experience preferred
