About The Position

Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C, & Electric is looking for a driven, customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this high-impact sales role, you will be the face of our HVAC division—building trust with customers, identifying their needs, and offering comfort solutions that improve their lives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical and interpersonal skills, and is motivated by helping customers find the right solution while meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in outside or field sales, ideally in home services or HVAC.
• Strong understanding of sales profitability and operational efficiency.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and time management.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presenting to individuals or small groups.
• Familiarity with local building codes and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Outgoing, goal-driven personality with a flexible and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and rapport with homeowners to recommend the best comfort solutions tailored to their home and budget.
• Travel throughout the region to conduct in-home consultations, create sales proposals, and close deals.
• Prepare accurate, detailed quotes that ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team.
• Clearly communicate product and pricing information to create confident, informed buyers.
• Represent the Action brand professionally in all customer interactions.
• Leverage your knowledge of our offerings and local market conditions to become a trusted advisor.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business.
