Job Summary The Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation Rotational Fellow is a one-year, development opportunity for current college juniors/seniors and recent graduates (up to 1–2 years post-grad) who are eager to launch a career in the sports and entertainment industry. The Fellow will complete multiple 2–3-month rotations across key business functions (e.g., Community Relations, Marketing, Game Presentation, Finance, Business Strategy/Administration, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Communications, Events, Hockey Operations, and other areas as needed). Rotations are assigned based on business needs and candidate interests, with the goal of building foundational professional skills, strengthening cross-functional understanding, and delivering meaningful project outcomes. This fellowship is open only to former participants in the Ed Snider Youth Hockey program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple 2–3 month rotational assignments across departments based on business needs and individual interests, gaining broad exposure to the organization and the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Support day-to-day operations and assigned projects within each rotation, contributing meaningfully to team goals while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives, events, campaigns, or operational activities, including research, coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, demonstrating strong communication, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and maintain materials such as presentations, reports, trackers, summaries, and process documentation to support team decision-making and execution.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze information or data as needed; provide clear summaries and insights to stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization professionally at meetings, games, events, and community activities, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking feedback, learning new skills quickly, and applying lessons learned across rotations.
  • Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
