The Colorado Works Case Manager I will learn to provide case management by directing and coordinating services that prepare Colorado Works participants for employment or services for long-term stability. Works closely with the community to include employers, partner agencies and educational institutions to develop resources that can assist participants in obtaining and maintaining self-sufficiency. This position is typically filled at the Case Manager I level as a developmental role; however, candidates who already possess the required knowledge, training, and experience may be considered for appointment at the Case Manager II level.
