About The Position

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and working closely with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC One or Mitchell Estimating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and document all necessary repairs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians.
• Review repair orders and ensure all work is authorized and completed to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and industry standards.
• Assist in managing workflow and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
