About The Position

Toyota of Clifton Park has an immediate need for a Collision Center Admin Clerk. We have a very busy collision center and the dealership is proud to be a 22 time Toyota President's Award recipient. Requirements

• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Previous Collision Center experience and working knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
• Valid and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Dealership Office Experience preferred
• Ex[erience with CDK a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the adherence to the groups policies and internal controls
• Schedule Collision Center repairs to maximize shop flow and business goals
• Work with dealership staff to ensure all insurance supplements are accurate, collected and properly accounted for
• Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely manner
• Interact with customers via phone and email to provide status updates and answer general questions
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
