About The Position

Our Collision Center in Silver Spring is busy and we need to add a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support to our customers. We are looking for a full-time receptionist, and this role has great potential for advancement from within. This role has a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested
  • Receives callers at the collision center, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination.
  • Routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
