About The Position

Gaylor Electric's Summer Internship program is an 8-to-11 week paid opportunity designed for college students to gain meaningful career growth. The program combines construction career exploration, technical skill honing, and robust professionalism training. Students will be placed across the county at national Gaylor Electric locations and job sites. Throughout the summer, interns will have access to resume development, interview preparation, business best practices discussions, and professional headshots. The experience culminates with an academic capstone presentation or craft skills assessment. This internship offers a chance to expand knowledge outside the classroom, apply academic concepts to real-world experiences, develop potential, and make key contacts for future networking. It's an opportunity to determine interest in career fields, receive feedback from professionals, and further education.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree that aligns with Gaylor Electric's needs: Construction Management, Engineering (Architectural Engineering, Electrical, Civil and Construction), Occupational Health & Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting or any other related college or work-related experience.
• Excited to visit and travel to new locations and projects.
