About The Position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining in-person, on-site work experience, receiving personalized guidance from experienced leaders, participating in exclusive sessions with senior executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, joining interactive online sessions, and connecting with fellow interns. This specific internship is in Corporate Finance and Risk Management, with a timeline for Summer 2027, starting in May 2027. The role is hybrid at MVW HQ in Orlando, FL, and pays $18.50 per hour. Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level in Risk Management or Finance.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a college degree at any level.

• Ability to pull reports from vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Support claims administration, data management, litigation holds, and document extraction.
• Maintain insurance data accuracy, including claims, premiums, invoicing, and exposure reporting.
• Review and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and vendor insurance compliance.
• Manage insurance correspondence, claims documentation, and broker requests.
• Assist with risk management projects, reporting, data analysis, and job-shadowing activities.
