About The Position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining in-person, on-site work experience, receiving personalized guidance from experienced department leaders, participating in exclusive sessions with senior company executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, and connecting with fellow interns. This specific internship is within the Corporate HR department, with a timeline for Summer 2027, starting in May 2027. The pay is $18.50 per hour, and the location is MVW HQ in Orlando, FL (Hybrid). Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level in Finance or Real Estate. Housing accommodations and relocation are the students’ responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Source and evaluate resort development opportunities across all brands.
• Negotiate contracts and key transaction terms.
• Lead deal execution and close acquisitions and development agreements.
• Manage the disposition of resort and real estate assets.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful transactions.
