About The Position

Public Buildings seeks a College Aide for the Administration of Children’s Services (ACS) Program. The College Aide will support the increasing workload associated with the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of capital construction projects. The Graduate College Aide will provide valuable technical and administrative support to the Director and Project Managers, helping to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with agency requirements. The Graduate College Aide will assist with reviewing project documentation, tracking project schedules and milestones, compiling progress reports, maintaining project records, coordinating meetings, and supporting construction-related data analysis. The College Aide will also assist with monitoring contractor submissions, change orders, field reports, and other project controls documentation necessary for effective project oversight and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be a student enrolled in an accredited college or graduate school
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States (U.S.)
  • Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
  • Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school

Nice To Haves

  • Specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field (for Assignment Level II and III)
  • 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study (for Assignment Level II and III)
