About The Position

The Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. The role involves customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals. The position is on-site in Draper, Utah, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour plus a monthly performance-based bonus.

The role is part of the Collections team, which works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, balance customer experience with business outcomes, and maintain compliance standards. Clicklease is a fintech company that provides equipment financing to small businesses through a technology platform using data and automation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer contact experience.
• At least 1 year of collections experience.
• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment.

• Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts.
• Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers.
• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores.
• Manage time efficiently and maintain productivity targets.
• Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracy.
