Collector II
About The Position
The Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. The role involves customer conversations, analysis of financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals. The position is based onsite in Draper, Utah, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, plus a monthly performance-based bonus. The successful candidate will join the Collections team, which balances customer experience with business outcomes and works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards. Clicklease is a fintech company that provides equipment financing to small businesses through a technology platform using data and automation. In the first six months, success includes consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores, managing time efficiently while meeting productivity targets, and demonstrating strong compliance and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer contact experience.
- At least 1 year of collections experience.
- Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment.
