About The Position

Requirements

• Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Can pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Professional communication skills in English
• Strong computer and phone skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships
• Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts
• Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
