About The Position

For over 30 years, Sentry Credit has been a staple of the Everett, Washington community. In 2025, we began our most exciting chapter yet by joining the TrueML family. Now, our story continues as we expand our office into Lenexa, Kansas to help our counterparts at TrueAccord revolutionize debt resolution. By combining Sentry’s local legacy with TrueAccord’s innovative, empathy-driven approach, we’ve retired aggressive, old-school tactics in favor of a modern, helpful consumer experience. We are looking for motivated individuals to help launch our Lenexa office branch opening July 13th.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to look past the surface of a "no" to find a "how."
• Goal-oriented self-starter with a competitive mindset and a drive to succeed
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle rejection with grace, and maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
• Meticulously organized with an eye for detail and the ability to manage your time and tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pivot easily as priorities change
• High school diploma or GED
• High sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in 3rd-party collections
• Backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability
• Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service
• Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels
• Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability
• Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize your commission potential.
