RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist with strong customer service skills. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying opportunities to renew customer agreements by reviewing applications, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include making phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements and to references on expired accounts, resolving issues to facilitate renewals and prompt payments, and scheduling voluntary merchandise turn-ins. The position also requires occasional field work for product pick-ups and door hangers. The ideal candidate will possess patience, tact, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, people-driven environment to meet weekly goals and contribute to the company's success.
