About The Position

Segra is hiring a full-time, entry-level Collections Representative I. The role contacts customers with past-due balances to arrange payment, resolve billing issues, and support customer satisfaction. It is a foundational position for learning collections operations and company policies.

The position is hybrid and requires at least three days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two days per week. Candidates must work from one of these offices: Waynesboro, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; or Columbia, South Carolina.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in collections and customer service.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM system.
