About The Position

Byrider is a growing national consumer finance company with new ownership, offering a career opportunity for a Branch Finance Manager. This role focuses on managing the collections portfolio, leading the collections and lending team, and overseeing underwriting efforts for the assigned branch. The position also involves ensuring a high level of customer service and branch compliance, with the ability to back up the Branch General Manager as needed.

• First-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
