Growing national consumer finance company with new ownership seeking a Collections Manager. This is a Branch Finance Manager career opportunity.
Requirements
- First-party consumer collections management
- Subprime experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
- Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
- Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
- Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
